Strive's SATA preferred stock is expected to raise approximately $55 million in the week ending October 5, based on a Bitcoin price of about $82,800, which is sufficient to purchase around 638 Bitcoins. The trading price of SATA was above its par value of $100 for most of Monday and Tuesday, but fell below par value from Wednesday to Friday, leading to an expected pause in the issuance activity. As of October 2, Strive held 29,462 Bitcoins, having purchased 2,000 between September 28 and October 2 at an average price of approximately $84,422.
