In the area of judicial expertise, it will prepare forensic reports on on-chain traceability and provide expert ratification in legal proceedings. It will also offer enhanced certification of the source of funds for institutional investors and develop risk analysis for financial entities. Additionally, it will include training plans on asset intervention and tracking for police, judges, and banking personnel, within the framework of the MiCA Regulation that was activated on June 30, 2026.
