Bankless Ventures Partner Claims ZEC Will Attract Bitcoin Funds in 2026
David Hoffman, founding partner of Bankless Ventures, stated that the crypto market occasionally sees a single asset attracting the funds of Bitcoin holders. ZEC is becoming a new allocation target for some Bitcoin funds in 2026. The market capitalization of ZEC has risen from about $200 million to approximately $26 billion, but it is still far below Bitcoin's market cap of around $1.7 trillion. Convincing just a small number of Bitcoin holders to allocate a little ZEC could create sustained buying pressure. Additionally, Hoffman believes that NEAR is absorbing relatively weak smart contract buying in 2026.
